Message	i edged out an LS1 camaro SS from 55-130 by a carlenght when i just had intake and exhaust. ls1.com guys were telling em that SSs put out a little higher than regular LS1s, like 310-320rwhp. from what ive heard, C5s are usually as fast as or even slower than these Fbodys, not to mention fbody guys are probably better drivers. i say a stage 2 Z can hang with/barely beat a c5. as for the Zo6, the magazines have gotten high 12s and i saw a 13 flat. trap speed is like 112 or so. stage 3 area. not that godly if you ask me. especially since they made a bunch of changes to the ls1 and only got like 30 more hp out of it. they also shortened the gears for some better acceleration and it tops out at only 168. so if you have stage 3, just race to 170+ :).
